Your £30 deposit simply secures your seat at the table. It is fully refundable — after the event, the full amount will be credited directly to your next trade order. So it’s not a cost, it’s a commitment.
We ask for a small deposit because spaces are limited to just 30 guests and we want to make sure every seat is filled by someone who’s genuinely coming. Everything else — lunch, drinks, the lot — is completely on us.
