Meet Natalie Auston, our UK Hadrill Hair ambassador. Based in Knutsford, the colourist, extensionist and balayage specialist brings two perspectives to the partnership: working with extensions in the salon and wearing them herself.
Her recent work includes client transformations with Hadrill × Kaine Vakai tapes. Away from the salon chair, she wears our Signature Weft and has shared how Hadrill Hair Care fits into her own routine.
A colourist’s approach to extensions
Colour and extensions sit side by side in Natalie’s work. Her portfolio includes blonde balayage, dimensional brunettes and extension transformations, with consultation bookings available through her Instagram profile.
In a recent client transformation, Natalie used Hadrill × Kaine Vakai 7cm Invisible Tapes in Ocean and Seashell. She shared the finished result on Instagram, showing how she brings the shades into her salon work.
The hair she wears herself
For her own hair, Natalie wears Hadrill Signature Weft in Toffee Swirl, the shade featured in her ambassador announcement.
Being an extension wearer also gives her a personal view of aftercare: washing, conditioning and styling are part of her own week, as well as conversations she has with clients.

Her own extension-care routine
In her hair-wash-day reel, Natalie explains that finding products she enjoys using with extensions can be difficult. She describes Hadrill Hair Care as a favourite in her own routine, highlighting how clean, soft and healthy her hair feels and how it looks.
