We are here to support you with any concerns regarding our products. Often times, education around hair care or treatments used can rectify any issues, and we truly want the best experience for you.

We have a long experience of over 18 years offering hair extensions and have a deep understanding that even the highest quality hair requires an intense amount of hydrating products to maintain their softness, and will greatly deteriorate if strengthening proteins are used on them. 

Our hair comes with a 9 month quality guarantee provided that the following applies:

• Hair care with no sulfates, proteins, alcohol, keratin or amino acids is used

• Evidence of the products used will need to be supplied in the case of a warranty claim

Please note, all products should be checked for satisfaction prior to installation and our product guarantee does not cover improper application or treatment of any Hadrill Hair Supplies products.

You are welcome to return your products for an exchange or refund within 14 days provided the hair has not been removed from the ties and the packaging is undamaged.
