We are here to support you with any concerns regarding our products. Often times, education around hair care or treatments used can rectify any issues, and we truly want the best experience for you.
We have nineteen years of experience offering hair extensions and have a deep understanding that even the highest quality hair requires an intense amount of hydrating products to maintain their softness, and will greatly deteriorate if strengthening proteins are used on them.
Our hair comes with a 9 month quality guarantee provided that the following applies:
- The Hadrill Signature Ritual is used as the home care system: The Shampoo to cleanse, The Treatment Mask to treat, and The Conditioner to seal. All three are sulphate-free, paraben-free, protein-free and extension-safe, and are formulated to care for the extensions and the client's own hair together. The complete ritual is available as The Trio.
- Any additional home care products used (eg sprays, serums) must be free from sulphates, proteins, keratin and high levels of alcohol and the details provided for assessment.
- Evidence of the products used will need to be supplied in the case of a warranty claim.
Please note, all products should be checked for satisfaction prior to installation and our product guarantee does not cover improper application or treatment of any Hadrill Hair products.
You are welcome to return your products for an exchange or refund within 14 days provided the hair has not been removed from the ties and the packaging is undamaged.
WHOLESALE:
As a Hadrill Hair stockist it is at the discretion of the hairdresser to properly inform their clients of the correct home hair care and our warranty terms & conditions. We recommend sending every client home with the Hadrill Signature Ritual, available as The Trio, so their warranty is protected from the day of installation.
